Psychological and behavioural approaches to understanding and governing sustainable tourism mobility
Bournemouth University, FRIAS, NHTV and the University of Otago are proud to announce this international workshop held in the Black Forest near Freiburg, Germany. Date: 3rd – 6th of July 2012.
This workshop aims to explore the psychological and social factors that may contribute to and inhibit sustainable behaviour change in the context of tourist and traveller behaviour. The organisers seek to form a stronger knowledge base and research agenda for the effective governance of tourism’s contribution to climate change. The programme will consist of two keynotes, multi-disciplinary sessions, and discussions in plenum. Participants are invited to submit abstracts. For all information on the workshop, call for abstracts, venue and more, see the workshop's website and the Call Brochure.
