| Education: | Kim has an MSc in Leisure Sciences at Tilburg University (1995 – 2000). |
| Career: | Kim is employed at NRIT Research (since 2001), after having worked for travel organisation NBBS. As senior projectmanager at NRIT she is responsible for, amongst others, the annual Dutch trend report on tourism and recreation, and was involved in the development of the Dutch continuous holiday research (CVO). She has worked for the CSTT as an external member since 2007. At CSTT her main work is with the annual report on the Dutch holiday carbon footprint ("Travelling Large"). Kim is a member of AIEST and the Tourist Research Centre, and on the editorial board of the Dutch tourism and leisure journal "Vrijetijdsstudies". |
