Layla Dijkstra investigated consumer awareness of and attitudes towards tourism ecolabels, and pre-tested several carbon labels through the former leisure panel. This ITMC thesis research was part of the RAAK-SME project CARMATOP. The thesis also got Layla on the 2014 shortlist for the Joop Jansen Award, for best NHTV theses.
